Questions, answered

How do I get access to the gateway?
Submit a gateway request with your business details, complete the one-time ₹6,999 application payment through our checkout, and wait for the review. Approved merchants receive an account with API credentials and sandbox access.
How do my customers pay?
You share a payment link. Your customer opens a mobile-friendly checkout page, scans the QR code with any UPI app (or follows the in-app guidance), and completes the payment. You then verify the order status in your dashboard or via the API.
What is the difference between sandbox and production?
Sandbox lets you test the full checkout and callback flow without moving real money. Production processes live payments against your connected merchant accounts. You can switch environments from your API settings.
How do I confirm a payment on my backend?
Never rely on the browser redirect alone. Call the Check Status API with your order ID, or wait for the HMAC-signed webhook event, before delivering goods or marking an invoice paid.
